Keeping our Minds and Bodies Active!

Schedule

There are several activity groups that meet throughout the week to enjoy sports, cards, dominoes, mah jongg and various card games. There are a total of 13 organized groups enjoying friendship and activities together on the courts, in the main clubhouse and in the bunkhouse.

Please click here for a schedule of these activities. It also includes contact information should you be interested in finding out more. There will also be printed copies available through Lori. It will be updated as needed.

Bocce, Pickleball and Tennis

Members enjoy these activities on a regular basis. There are several scheduled weekly pickleball and tennis games. We are launching a court reservation system called “Your Courts” so folks may see when the ongoing games are being played and reserve a court for their own enjoyment. You must request a key from Lori for the pickleball and tennis courts.

Click here to see the weekly games being played and to make your reservation.

  • Tennis: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 10:00 – 12:00

  • Pickleball: Wednesday at 10:00 – 12:00

Golf

The Club will host its annual golf tournament on the executive course in Oakmont, Sugarloaf, on Friday June 21st. Members are encouraged to play and may invite guests to fill out their foursomes. The tournament utilizes a fun scramble format and is followed by a cocktail party, awards, and raffle prizes. If you are interested in playing, watch for details in Hoofbeats. For further information, contact Joanne Phillips at 918-230-8539 or tanzielewis@gmail.com . Below are the links for tournament information and the registration form.

Other Activities

If you would like to pursue creating another activity group, contact Kari Vigeland at kvigeland04@gmail.com or Barbara Katona at barbara_katona@comcast.net to discuss details and facility availability. Please be mindful that there are some guidelines to follow when creating a new group and that activities held inside must be scheduled at a time when staff is on site.

Additionally, if you would like to gather spontaneously to enjoy cards, dominoes, etc., please reach out to Kari so that it can be scheduled and not conflict with an ongoing event. Again, these gatherings must take place when staff is present (insurance requirement) and any meal reservations that would follow are the responsibility of the participants.

Looking forward to more enjoyable moments together!
